That would be a great place for you to start. I may be able to help you some with your lineage too (maybe, maybe, maybe). I maintain the database for the group and looking through it I found a couple men with the name Claiborn. Such an unusual name helps our search. Now I wouldn't swear this is your line, but notice that this first guy (Claiborn Arvel) was born in Craig Co., OK. I wonder if he could be your grandfather's father?? Also please do not be concerned about the fact that the surname (and sometimes the given name) isn't always spelled the same as yours. This is called an Ahnentafel Report and goes back to Timothy, b. 1678 in Ireland(?). Also there are some questions about one or two links in this line. They aren't proven yet, just *very* good possibilities. Research is still being done here. If it looks like this is your family, if you can make a positive link, I would like to hear from you.
