Looking for links to RAGAN' s in DC in the 1800's. My grandfather was William M. RAGAN. He went by Maynard. He married Teresa SKELLY and they had two sons- William M.RAGAN, Jr went by Sonny and was born in Sept. 1921 in DC. His brother is Joseph Bernard RAGAN and he is several years younger. They grew up in DC and both married there before moving to MD and FL respectively but much later. William Maynard's father was Willaim A. RAGAN and he was married to Minnie FULLER. Besides Maynard they had 4 other sons-Ross, Roland, Addison, and Paul. Addison died young. I think either Ross or Roland was still living in the late 1960's. Maynard died in 1970 and is buried in the Veterans' Cemetery in Crownsville, MD. Forgive me if I have sent this before. I don't think I have but I've lost track of where I have posted.
