    1. [RAGAN-ROOTS-L] Anyone got Connecticutt Regan/Ragan/Reagan ?????????
    2. Hi fellow researchers... I am still stuck and still havent see any connection on this mailing list after one year. :( Can anyone come forward with family in CT about 1850ish onward?????? I have a Mary REGAN born abt 1842 Ireland and died after 1920 Stamford. She married to Francis Thomas SCULLY before abt 1867, probably in Stamford or at least in Fairfield County or somewhere else, CT. They had four known children, the oldest being my great grandpa Benard Thomas Scully, born in 1869 in Stamford. Mary's surname could have been mispelled...maybe Reagan? I found a Benard Regan that died in Stamford 27 April 1879 and he appeared to be old enough (born abt 1804) to be Mary's father because her son have the same name but I cant find him in 1870 or earlier census. I am pretty sure Mary didnt come over alone from Ireland at abt age 12. Second question is if Irish people come to USA and settled in CT, which port is most likely that they have entered? New York City or Boston? Many thanks! Lori in AZ
