My mother was a McFather, and I have done a good bit of research on them. Maybe you have this info, but you had Daniel's wife as Mary Ragan. Her name was May Ragan, per the wedding license and gravemarker. She married Daniel Idus McFather 24 Jan 1900, in Randolph County, Georgia. I have a copy of the marriage record, which I found in the Cuthbert courthouse. I also have a picture of her gravemarker, in Vilulah Cemetery, a few miles southwest of Cuthbert. She was born 25 Oct 1879 in Ga., and died 26 Nov 1930. Daniel Idus McFather was born 19 feb 1879 in Ga., and died 28 June 1947, and is buried in Vilulah also. His parents were Hugh James(Doc) McFather, and his mother was Mary O.(Mollie) Wiggens. Their children were Kathleen, Carlos, and Mildred. Carrie Lucile McFather was the daughter of Hugh James, also, and she married Ira Arthur Ragan 21 Nov 1909. She was born 29 Jun 1890 in Ga. Ira Arthur was born 8 Jun 1882 and died 1 Sept 1955. Carrie died 5 Dec 1967. They had 3 children, Mack, Eunice, and Ira Arthur, jr. Perhaps you already have all this, but let me know if you don't. I would like to hear from you in any case.
