Michael: I am sad to report that one of our cousins, Claiborn Wiley Ragan, has gone home to be with the Lord. He was born October 3, 1925 in LeFlore County, Texas, to Della Ann and Charley Ragan. He served our country during WWII, and was a great family man. He was preceded in death by wives Ruby Black Ragan and Elaine Smith Ragan. He is survived by his sons, Charles "Andy" Ragan, Clinton Ragan, and daughter Bonnie Ragan. He left 6 grandchildren. He died January 6, 2000 in Visalia, California. In God's Love, Devon Ragan
