Maryellen, where is her grave exactly? Do you also know where David was buried? He apparently died before 1840, possibly in Russell Co., KY. I saw a grave for a "William David Riggins" in Russell Co. on findagrave but it cannot be this David was too young. thanks, Anne At 06:50 PM 1/11/2011, you wrote: >BTW, Polly ( Mary ) Burton is buried on a KY country club golf course.... >they had to expand the greens around her...discreetly planting a bush in >front of her marker.... that one's true...Me > >-----Original Message----- >From: ragan-roots-bounces@rootsweb.com >[mailto:ragan-roots-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Maryellen Horrigan >Sent: Tuesday, January 11, 2011 6:26 PM >To: ragan-roots@rootsweb.com >Subject: Re: [RAGAN-ROOTS] Court Conk > >The Wm Powell Rgn folk cling like death to the so called Wm "David" Rgn as a >son of Wm Powell Rgn with a son David, among others...2 of Wm "David"'s sons >marry Pigg girls... ring a bell Court...LOL > >Court and I have some old history with Piggs and Hoggs and Indians...modern >and historic...another day... > >The Wm " David", supposed son of Wm Powell Rgn may or may not be the man >briefly in Pendleton Co SC with Powell Rgn...and then moves on or dies, >depending whom you talk to...
