On the KY old news list, I found a reference to a J. J. Reagan, as the Chief of Police in Pineville, Bell Co., KY. The article is from the Lexington Herald of July 19, 1922. The second wife, Ann Dukes Riggin was Jonathan's mother. The problem is that there is not a Dukes will to name grandchildren or a Riggin will or administration to name Jonathan's children.
