Who was your great-grandfather? My great-great grandparents were John Murray Quick and Lucinda Quick. Our family has pictures of Lucinda but none of John. Do you have any pictures of him or know of any family members that might.Their son, James Floyd Quick was my great-grandfather; he married Elsie Barbarick. Their youngest son was my grandpa. His name was Kenneth Oral Quick and he was born in St. Aubert in 1915. He passed away in August of 2001. Many of our relatives are buried in St. Aubert and in the Shobe cemetery. I went to St. Aubert with my grandpa and his sister 2 years ago. We walked around the cemetery and they told me stories about the town. My great-grandpa was the minister of the church near the cemetery. It is now used for storage, but my grandpa used to play in the churchyard. It is all overgrown with weeds now.
