When I was a teenager, there were two Skipper brothers--twins--John and Eston...who lived in the Ghio section of Scotland-Richmond counties. They came out of Marlboro County-Scotland Coiunty line. They both are deceased now but Eston's son still lives in Hamlet, NC. -Bill Quick
