    3. I do have a QUICK in my family tree but, unfortunately I do not have the forename. She may have married my grandad Samuel Widger and was known as 'Em'. She had a son called Samuel out of wedlock before she married? grandad. She died in the great flu epedemic of 1918 and Samuel married my grandmother Annie WINTER. I am not sure if Samuel and Em actually married because Samuel Junior was registered as QUICK but it could have been because Samuel Senior was away at war. I am not sure either if Samuel Junior was actually Samuel Senior's son. Sam junior was raised by Samuel and Annie and always known as WIDGER but did not change his name officially until he was much older (I believe just before he married). Sorry it's not much help but it may come in eventually. ----- Original Message ----- From: <pattib@iqnetsys.net> To: <QUICK-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, March 24, 2003 2:21 AM Subject: [QUICK] Quicks 1871 Cornwall census Please Help > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Classification: Query > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/TBCBAIB/962 > > Message Board Post: > > Can anyone link to or has anyone linked to this family.
