He was son of Nathan Quick and Malvina (Faust) Wiley. Melvina was daughter of William Faust and Evaline Stoat. She and Nathan Quick married on 9-9-1858. She was Nathan's second wife. She died about 1918 in El Paso, Ark. Buried at the Quick-Blasinggame Cemetary. Mosella E. (Booth) Butler was first married to Emmette's brother Joseph. They lived in Marfa, Texas. Mosella was born in March of 1863. Probably buried in Mafa, Texas. I am descended from Nathan's first wife, Pency E. Hubbard.
