Charlton, Thanks for the data on various Queen family members. One never knows when things like this could help research avenues. For example, my DYER ancestor was in the 62nd Regiment, Company "C," as were the two Queens you noted in the message. Researching and writing a chapter on John Dyer was a real adventure. Especially his 'walk' home from "..that war." Nothing much on the walk itself, but books on the place he was in a POW camp, Camp Douglas, just outside Chicago, Ill., were interesting.
