Hi all, By golly, it works! On one of my Mellow Yellow nights I stumbled upon an old gypsy who I later thought had conned me into buying a crystal ball. But, tonight I learned that she didn't con me after all. I peeked into that thing a short while ago and faintly saw the names of 18 subscribers to QUEEN-L who have not yet identified themselves to the list. These are not folks who joined back in '98 or '99, but these are Y2K folks, by golly. So, come on out with your family tree in your hand and tell us who you are and the Queen folks y'all are (is that good english or what!) researching. Anyone on this list live in Swain County, N.C.? I want to get back out there in late spring and hike back up Indian Creek to the Thomas Ridge above Bryson City. I need to chart out the location of g. grandpa's little family gravesite so that I can put a dot on the map for the GSM Park officials. I'm looking for company, actually someone to carry me up the mountain...but I'll point out the trail from my notes of many a year ago. Any takers? Thanks, Gene
