Allright, anyone want to attempt and summarize and put families together? Here's my shot with the GA info first. Jesse Tallent of 1860 and 1870 Blairsville, GA was same as the 1850 Burke County, NC HH 263 on pg 352; ...and perhaps same as 1840 Burke, pg 365...which seems to list this Jessey as s (on) of Aaron. This would have had to be the Aaron pg 109 of 1820 Burke; pg 136 of 1830 Burke and page 364 of 1840 Burke. However, this Jesse is not in Aaron's HH of 1830...where was he? Now, back to 1820 Burke. Both Aaron Tallent and his wife are 45+ (I calculate them to be 50<60), thus there are grown children away from home somewhere. Later census (1840) suggests that Joshua is one of the grown and gone sons. Proximity to Moses Queen raises possibility of some intermarriages. Anyway, one of the boys still at home is Jesse (b. ca 1808) who later married Sada. 1830 Burke.... Old Aaron is still here, but Joshua has moved away. Where? Jesse of 1808 has left home. Where is he? .....Back to Jerry Dyer's info... 1827 survey for land joining Solomon Queen and Richard Tallent. Who is Richard and where is Richard in 1830? A John Tallent, single at age 15<20, is living 6 houses away on the other side of Joshua.
