Hi all, Still seeking anyone with info regarding a Mills family living near a Queen family in Montgomery County (1775-1830). A Thomas Mills m. Mary apparently had a son born there in 1814 and another in 1817. These two sons, David and Reuben married two Elliott girls in Haywood County in late 1830's with my Alfred Queen as bondsman. David, Reuben and Alfred left Haywood by 1840 and returned to Haywood (by then Jackson County) in the 1850's. Returned to the Scotts Creek area...same area they left ca 1839/40. Alfred's son married a neice of David and Reuben and Alfred's daughter married the widower of another neice. Looking for evidence of a relationship between the Queens and Mills before the 1830's in Haywood County. Gene
