It shall continue in the hands of my executor for MAXWELL QUEEN, JEAN QUEEN, OLIVINE QUEEN, MARY QUEEN & MARGARET QUEEN until the youngest comes of age, then divided equal if property will admit, if not, it shall be sold and the money equally divided among them.
