Just a note to advise that hard evidence to support or deny the possibility that TBJ Queen became Thomas Butler Justice sometime in the1870-1880 period remains elusive. I shall defer to descendants of that family to continue the search for answers. As usual, research into the matter did uncover interesting details regarding other Queen families. One interesting detail, to me anyway, was the move to Towns Co., GA of an apparent brother of Isabella Bryson who married James H. Queen. Believing that James' father was a Samuel Queen of the Haywood Co., NC 1820/30 census, I am still looking for a possible connection to the Samuel Queen of the 1840 GA census. Gene
