McMain Lecture X-Envelope-To: QUEEN-L The reason I sent this announcement re: the Catholic Historical Society is because of the connections between Archbishop Carroll (the first Catholic bishop in the United States) and the Queen Family of Prince George's County, Maryland and Washington, DC. In his will, Richard Queen donated Queen's Chapel and an acre of land surrounding it and the graveyard to Archbishop Carroll. Any of you who live in the Washington, DC area might like to attend this meeting. Hi Queen Cousins, This post surprised and intrigued me. Do any of you know what, if anything, it has to do with the Queens?
