The Bulletin of the Genealogical Society of Old Tryon Co., NC (vol. 28, issue 3) includes an article on References to Petitions, Cleveland Co., NC, of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, 1841-1868. Among the petitions is one for Cynthia Queen, widow of John Queen, petitioning for her allowance, in February 1867.
