Found this on the Free family list. I am the great grand daughter of Samuel Howard Free and Mary Elizabeth Queen. They had 8 children: James Preston, Nathan Smith, William Cephas, Andrew Marion, (my Grandfather), Morgan Noah, Ida Mae, and Mack Charles. Andrew married twice and had 12 children, my father Floyd Emmett being the fourth child. Samuel was born in 1852 in Wilsonville or Waynesville, Tennessee. Andrew was born in 1881 in the same place. Floyd was born in 1906 in New Market, Tennessee. Andrew moved his family to Ware Shoals, South Carolina. I wonder if there is any connection to the Free's in your tree.
