The challenge of #15 on allele 464c interests a number of us. But, I haven't forgotten the Alfred Queen challenge on allele 576. Results just in quite adequately confirm that Alfred Queen of 1810 had a mutation #24 on allele 447: ...two tested descendants of Alfred's son, James Henry of 1847 carry the mutation ...one tested descendants of Alfred's son, John B. Queen of 1879 carries the mutation But...what about 576? ...one descendant of James Henry carries the mutation ...one descendant of John B. does not carry the mutation Will the 2d descendant of James Henry carry the mutation on 576?
