Slightly off subject is the name Jammerson. In my opinion the name is an obvious back woods spelling of a more common name that has become accepted. Consider my GGreat grandfather Jameson (Jamison) Queen b.1818 Or the surname Jamison that you see in the Queen/Marsham line.
