I was in the area of Cove Creek looking at cemeteries. Cove Creek is in north western Rutherford County and runs generally south to the Broad River. I believe the name comes from the community of Montford's Cove which is in McDowell County, although the Montford's Cove Baptist Church is in Rutherford. This portion of McDowell County was originally part of Rutherford County. My gggg grandfather, William Allen Queen, Sr., was in this area after the marriage date you cite for Cena Queen. I don't know John, but there may be a connection. As far as I know, my Queens have no close connection to Henson either. Is there any additional information? Phil Minch
