Happy New Year everyone! Great things to come in 2007! Hey, don't forget to watch for the Riverside King High School Marching Band in the Tournament of Roses Parade. Last band in the parade. Look for the cute red-headed tenor sax player who ain't lost his hair yet! Parade is 5.4 miles long, plus at least 2 miles of walking on either side just to get into position and get back to the staging area. So he will be one TIRED boy when he is done, but he will be marching proud. Of course, he got in a little trouble at the hotel where the band is staying last night. When they were doing the room check, I guess he opened the door in his boxer shorts. That's my boy. A true chip off the old block. I'm surprised he had his boxer's on! Just hope he has his uniform on tomorrow! Rolla
