    1. [QUEEN] George & Betsy Queen
    2. O Eugene Queen
    3. Per Reiley's page, in 1818 Merriday Queen witnessed the Rutherford Co, NC marriage bond between a George Queen and a "Mrs. Betsy Queen". Since Isaac Queen was born ca 1806-1809, it appears questionable that he was their son. Was Betsy previously married to another George Queen? Ideas anyone? Have been unsuccessful in locating census info on any George Queen in NC prior to 1830 Rutherford, pg 467. A male in that HH would fit the age requirement of Isaac, but would certainly like to have more circumstantial or hard evidence. There was a George Queen in PA in 1800, Ohio in 1820 and Ohio in 1840 per census. TN census not avail for 1800 or 1810. Anyway, GA census reflect Isaac born in NC. What is basis for concluding that Isaac was son of George? Anyone? Possible relationships using the Queen line through Isaac's wife: Old William Queen .....Henson Queen of 1742 ........Jane Queen Johnson of 1775 ...........Ruth Johnson Hunt of ca 1803-1810 m. 2nd Isaac Queen of 1806-1809 .................Alfred Queen of ca 1833 .....Wm Lewis Queen, Sr of 1749 ........Samuel Queen of 1776-1780 ............Alfred Queen of 1810 If the above is true, and I'm not saying that it is, then Isaac of 1806-1809 and Alfred of 1810 would be fairly "close" cousins by marriage and age. Perhaps logical that they would make the trek to N.E. TN together about 1839????
