Any old-timers on the list ever go out to the barn and move rectangular hay bales around to make tunnels/caves to play in as a kid? As a teenager or adult, any listmate ever pick the bales of hay or straw from the ground and load them onto a truck or wagon? Good. Now, the real question...for a reason...what were the approximate dimensions of the rectangular bales? If you have hay in the barn, okay to go measure some bales then answer the question. Yes, I preferred to work in the wheat field loading wheat straw bales rather than the hay field loading hay bales. Any idea why? Thanks, Gene
