If we haven't thoroughly done so, I'm recommending that we consider the possibility that donor of kit 26040 (James C. Queen descendant?) and kit 38694 (Wm L. Queen, Jr. descendant?) have matching mutations on 464c for a reason. A "common ancestor" reason. Further, I'm recommending that we exclude donor of kit 25569 (James C. Queen descendant?) from being as closely related as are donors of kits 26040 and 38694 above. (Spin #2, to come weeks later, will place kit 25569 somewhere else.) Can we rule out the possibility of a tree up the line with a branch for the 26040 lineage and the 38694 lineage? 38694: Wm L. Queen, Jr. of 1774? ..James Smith Queen of 1819? ....John M. Queen of 1848 (d. 1934) - yes ......James A. Queen of 1873 - yes ........Robert C. Queen of 1893 - yes ..........Donor (born 1934) kit 38694 Can probably dig up a death certificate of John Merritt Queen (d. 1934) and document the lineage back to James Smith Queen of 1819. However, cannot guarantee that Wm L. Queen, Jr. was the father of James Smith Queen. How far back can donor of 26040 document lineage and what is the earliest documented ancestor? Let's spin her around for possibilities. Thanks, Gene
