There is an 87% match but that is comparing a RG 43 marker test to 31 of the 37 marker test from FTDNA. The match is between a descendant of Charles Queen born c1720 of VA or Ireland and a descendant of James McQueen of b 1773 of Girvan, Scotland Even if the Queen participant upgraded to RG 43 markers and matched on all the additional markers it would be an 88% match. A 38/43 match may not be genealogically significant (within the last 20 generations), at this time. But it is open to interpretation. Let me know your thoughts. Scott
