Well, There is a TC Owen 4 years old in the 1860 census, but the name is definitely Owen. I thought at first it might be Thomas. But, take a look and see what you think (I think it really is the Owen family). There are 2 Hooper families not far from the Queens, but no TC or Thomas living with them.
