SC for 75 guineas, sold 153 acres granted 1 Aug 1785 to SARAH MACQUEEN, being on Tossety's Creek. S/ WILLIAM SARAH (x) DAVIS, Wit: ENOCH GRIGSBY, JAMES GRIGSBY, LODOWICK HILL."
