Isaac, Jr. b. Feb. 14, 1777 in York District, S. C. and d. Oct. 6, 1862 in Maury Co., Tenn. His marriage is interesting in that family bible records say that he married a cousin, Ann Patton. He says in his autobiography "I married a distant cousin of my own name"--but never gives her name. Williamson Co., Tenn. records show that on the same day that he married Ann Patton he also married Phoebe Thomas in 1801. Children, who all moved to Texas, are Alexander d. young; Eliza m. George Washington Barnett; Rebecca m. William Lockridge; John Works m Malinda Pickens; Mary Ann m. Dossey Atkinson-my line; and Margaret m. Jesse B. Atkinson. His father d. in Revolutionary War and left his mother with six little boys--she went to Kentucky with her bother-in-law, Jacob Patton. He tells his whole history in his autobiography without ever mentioning a name. Sincerely, Leslie S. Coleman at jbcoleman@juno.com --------------BA8938AE9D4C3A59E7B49635--
