Hi all, Except for a summary of facts and opinions which have led me to conclude a sibling and parental relationship for Alfred Queen of 1810, do I have unkept promises with anyone on QUEEN-L? Have I promised any data which hasn't been provided? If so, please advise. I have promised myself and my wife that I will truly clean up my room. Thus an additional file cabinet is on the way. In addition, I shall be complying with my plan to summarize miscellaneous Queen data by family and reduce the amount of paper which continues to bury me and the wife's cat. Thunder, Lightning and Max (the dogs) are outside, so they are free from the danger of an untimely demise should a stack of paper fall. The Queen of my primary research is Alfred Queen of 1810. As always, I am prepared to share specific information concerning him or the descendants of one of his 13 known children with anyone with ties or a real interest in the line. James H. Queen of 1808 (who married Isabella Bryson) appears to be his brother, and I have a fair amount of documented data concerning this family and descendants. Samuel Queen of ca 1776 (Haywood Co., NC census of 1820 and 1830) appears to have been the father of Alfred and James. QUEEN-L has been a real blessing to many and I hope to see it remain active. You can bet that I will pop in from time-to-time with questions (!) and, perhaps, some new data or new analysis of old data. My best to all! Gene
