    3. Hi Mandy and all, Thanks for providing the QUEEN-L for us through the years! Now, how may I help you with research or analysis concerning your James Campbell Queen? Please sign me up for the Tennessee Project! It's my understanding that TN became a state in 1796...formed from NC. Perhaps that explains why I can't find a 1790 U.S Census for the state <G>. From another list I understand that an Andrew Cathey was born somewhere in TN in 1815. I've contacted the sender in the hopes of determining where in TN this man was born and if he was in any way related to the Catheys of Caney Fork area of now Jackson County, NC. Queens were in that part of the county very early and another Andrew Cathey was born there in 1809. It's the back door to research, but sometimes there's a clue. Gene
