Carol: That John Jones' will is surprising to me. My John Jones made his will in 1827 in Rutherford Co. NC. He was married to a Sarah, too. (Sarah Colley) But no, this isn't the same family Ursula who married Joseph H. Queen came from. Only names mentioned in his will were, Edward, William and Charles as children. (besides Ursula Queen) Maizie told me years ago that there were so many Jones in Rutherford Co. NC that she never figured out if they were related or not.
