Year : 1779 So, who is Hugh? (What a hoot!) I had pretty much ignored this lone QUEEN until Ms. Mandy QUEEN mentioned him. Is this Macon County Hugh one in the same as the SC 96th District, 1779 Hugh, and does he tie any of our Johns, Thomases or Williams together?
