Rita Queen Bartmess -----Original Message----- From: queen-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:queen-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of GlendaP Sent: Tuesday, July 03, 2007 8:30 PM To: Queen List Subject: [QUEEN] Roll Call - Hampton Queen My line (you would think as many times as I have done this I would just have a file to pull up - but good idea Carol - let's hear from the 'youngins' . Fellow Hampton Queen fans - if I'have typo let us all know). Everyone have a great 4th of July. Hampton Queen born ca 1796, born North Carolina married Hannah Williams in Indiana in 1820. Died Iowa 1855. William H. Queen born 1824, Iowa, married Rachael Anderson in 1852 in Iowa. Headed further west to Kansas. Died 1899 Kansas. John H. Queen 1861, born Iowa, died 1929, married Catherine Jennie Ferbrache in Kansas. My father ME Through DNA we know that Hampton is 'closely' related to Old William, and more closely related to Alfred 1810,NC, and Hence Queen, 1823, Ga. "The 19 group" Maybe we were all hatched. Carol asked for latest success stories - well just found Grandma Ferbrache Queen's lost brothers. The Queen list may be quiet - but the quest continues.
