Hi all, Still working the John W. Queen (1816) and TBJ Queen project. One of TBJ Queen's daughers, Alva..who married Joseph Wilborn Welch spent some time in Stone County, Arkansas...where Dona P. Matlock Queen reportedly died in 1932 or 1933. (Est. date range of Alva and/or Dona in AR >1889 < 1934). Who was also in Stone County, Arkansas? James Queen (b. 1831 Bedford Co, TN. d. Memphis, TN during Civil War) m. Delia (Deliah) Jane Tate (d. >1870<1880) ....dau: Mary Elvara Queen (b. 11-1862 d. 8-1879 buried Timbo Cemetery, Stone Co, AR.?) m. Robert Looney Farris (b. 8-1861) Anyone recognize the above folks and have any data to share? Alva was in the Mountain View/Pleasant Grove area. Mary McCalley....any idea of the proximity, or lack of it, of Columbia County to Stone County. I haven't forgotten your James Henry Queen and Soforna Fergason. Just waiting for a connect to jump out.
