Some time ago I inquired concerning a willing donor with a "20" on 520 and a perfect match to the old William Queen sample. The plan was to send a few samples to an alternate YDNA lab that offered testing on about 10 different locations on the Y chromosome than is offered by our preferred lab. The results are now in on the three samples (one with the 20 and two with the 19). There was no mutation in any of the samples on the additional markers, nor on the other markers included in our 67 marker tests. Thus, this is another stone that has been turned over with no real increase in knowledge. Wanted to share the info with our group and to thank those who volunteered to participate - and those who did. In my opinion there is no benefit in further testing using the alternate lab. Gene
