*Does anyone claim Jonas and Moses ?* ** *QUEEN, JONAS* - Born in Burke County where he resided as a farmer prior to enlisting at age 17 on September 22, 1862. Discharged at Danville, VA., July 31, 1863 by reason of "pthysis pulmonalis, great general debility & nonage." Later reenlisted in this company and was captured near Petersburg, VA., March 25, 1865. Confined at Point Lookout, MD, until released June 17, 1865, after taking the Oath of Allegiance. *QUEEN, MOSES*- Enlisted in Burke County at age 26, September 22, 1862. Died at Richmond, VA., March 26, 1863 of "enteritis." -- Don Queen
