My mistake. This has always confused me, as if it is true that she was 100 in 1850, the Ruth Upton listed could not have been the daughter of Henson Queen. However, Henson does mention a daughter Ruth Upton in his will and it is possible that the family decided she was so old that they would just state she was 100 instead of 90. Does the book provide any information on the Hamby she had married previously?
