For those of you more familiar with the location of the Queen families in NC......is this Woodward family residing in the same areas of NC & TN as John Wesley Queen Sr and Henson? While looking on Ancestry.com I came across all of the following information. 1. Pedigree chart of Hampton Queen as son of John Wesley Queen Sr son of Henson. John's chart had the following notation: John Wesley Queen Sr - Source says this person bought Golden Valley tracts from Peter WOODWARD, Jr. bsimons@dialupnet.com Since there is a Woodward connection with Hampton's wife Hannah Williams. Hannah Williams is the daughter of Allen Williams and Jane Woodward, granddaughter of Abraham Woodward (1740-1817) and Hannah Thornbrough (1738-1812). 2.
