I was thinking maybe her going home to be with her mother when she had her first one. But looking at the 1880 census it shows the first child born had both parents born Canada, could be error by census taker I suppose. Hattie married Joseph Baron 13 November 1870 in Rhode Island. Name listed as Bebo. Her age was 20 when she married making her born in 1850. She is on the 1870 census working as a domestic in South Kingston, Washington, Rhode Island and is 20 years old listed under Bebo. When her daughter married William Netherland she gave mother's name as Harriet Cole. So there is a lot of conflicting info.
