I read the name as "Omer" - but this child appears in 1911 Canada Census as "Arthur". Cheers! Hi Linnie, I'm thinking Omer with a comma after it? I see for certain Ome with an accent over the e, then I think there is only one letter after the e. It kind of resembles the R in signer in the sentence near the bottom of the record - qui n'ont signer I'm thinking it's a comma also, because this record has a lot of them. Only thing that makes sense to me is Omer.
