    3. You might remember, Peggy, that Francoise Garnier / Grenier was a subject of discussion on QR in 2012. This is one link to our archives: http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/QUEBEC-RESEARCH/2012-12/1354985134 I order copies of notary records from http://www.banq.qc.ca/services/services_reproduction/repro_photo/index.html The main page in English for BAnQ is http://www.banq.qc.ca/accueil/index.html?language_id=1 The original records are in French. I do not know of a source that has transcribed the records you mention into English. I have a full set of the documents concerning the question of the death of Francoise Garnier / Grenier and her identity, but I have not looked at them for a very long time. I was, however, involved in the 2012 discussion, as was Mona Rainville. I have ancestry.ca but of course what I'm looking for wasn't transcribed. The following contains references to copies of the actual wording of these Notaries. If anyone has them and is willing to share (not asking for a copy but the wording would be appreciated) I would be very grateful. I'm one of those who likes to see it in writing themselves. {Message shortened}
