    3. Harriet, Some names like “Desruisseau” were directly translated into English, like “Brooks.” So possibly “Larue” (la rue) became “Street,” though I have not seen such an anglicization in a list. Her parents: François Larue and Louise Poulin were from Canada and I cannot find theirs roots either. Clara died in Lowell Mass in 1902. Théophile Forcier (her second husband) (his second wife) came from Saint-François-du- Lac, Qc. They were married in Essexville, Bay County, Michigan May 11, 1891. > > thanks |Harriet > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~For the list web page, goto: > http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~unclefred/main.htm > And we are on facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/QRlist/ > List Archives are at: http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/index/QUEBEC-RESEARCH > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to QUEBEC-RESEARCH-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
