    3. These two links from Renee do not work also when using a simple mouse click. The problem is that the part on the second line of each link is not “hot.” I suspect something goes awry either in Renee’s computer or her local provider’s handling of email. The solution with Renee’s links is to use “Copy” for both lines of each link at one time and then “Paste” in the browser.
