To All: I've spent hours on these Families. I finally found the one in the Boursier-Lavigne Family who came to Cheboygan. He was always called Caesar & named a son Caesar. He was said to be born in 1845. However the only Caesar I have ever found finally was born in 1846 at St. Remi-de-la-Salle. His Parents were Jean Baptiste Boursier-Lavigne &Marie Guerin. However Marie was his 2nd wife. In order to find his Parents I need his first marriage to Catherine Primault-Premot-Premo. He was a Widower when he married Marie Guerin. It simply won't come up in Drouin no matter how I spell her name or his. So I can't go amy farther. Several have it in Ancestry as Alexander but no real facts. This is someone that has done a lot for our Cheboygan Genealogy Society so I'm doing what I can for him. I will never find his Seraphim Defoe-Defoy but he had a relative living with him in Clinton Co., N.Y. Adolphe Defoy & I found all of his line way back. I just have to figure the relationship. Looks to me that he married 2 Marie Guerin.
