Hi all: I have Pierre Couc dit Lafleur in my db but he is only there because I am related to one of his grandsons Louis Menard thru his wife. However would like to have a bit more information on Pierre Couc's wife Marie Mitebameg8K8E if that is correct spelling with dob & dod and if more than two children. There is quite a bit of information with documentation about Marie at Norman Leveille's website. http://www.leveillee.net/ancestry/d296.htm He has copies of documents there. Marie was married and had 2 children before she married Pierre. Her first husband was Assibabich, and children were Catherine b. 1647 and Pierre b. 1650 Assibabich died before Catherine was baptized in 1652 as he is listed as deceased in that record. Marie's parents are not known. The parents named by Rene Jette have been proven to be incorrect.
