    3. Although Drouin / Ancestry searches often give alternate spellings absolutely nothing came up for Minville/Sinclair no matter where and how long I looked. When I couldn't find a marriage for "Louise Minville" & "Josephe Sinclair" - as you had written, I looked for birth of Catherine in order to see the names as they had been originally recorded. Catherine's mother was recorded as st-Clair at her birth and Saint-Clair at her marriage, not Sinclair, which is the reason for sending you the records. Catherine married Jean Baptiste "Roi" -which was the reason for sending the marriage record which also included the dit names. My 3rd G. Grandparents were Louise Minville & Josephe Sinclair. They were married Sept. 1806 at St. Pierre de Sorel. His first marriage gave his Parents but I have Never been able to find hers. They are not mentioned in the record. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to find her Parents? Their daughter Catherine Miville married Jean Baptiste Roy & were my G.G. Grandparents. They came to MI after their first several children. Their daughter Edysse was born in Detroit & was my G. Grandmother. She married Joseph William Doe in Detroit. Thanks for any help. Darlene T.
