    3. I had not heard that name before. I just figured they couldn't distinguish between an "n" and a "u." And had never seen the word beautiful spelled out, though then they'd have pronounced it La-boo. I can't win, but I won't change it!     3. The part of the Acadian Guédry family exiled to Boston. The story is he ate beans while there and liked them so much he was called the bean. After 1763 that part of the family went to Quebec
